Pricing and Partner Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a Pricing & Partner Operations Specialist to help us manage and optimize relationships with our telecom partners and vendors.


At 1oT, our eSIMs and connectivity services power over 4 million IoT devices across 173 countries. More than 400 companies trust us to keep their devices online—and they genuinely love what we’ve built.


Over the past few years, we’ve established strong relationships with our telecom partners and SIM vendors. Today, we work with 12 telecom operators and 3 SIM manufacturers who support our global connectivity offering. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of pricing, support our partnerships, and help us secure even better commercial terms.

Work assignments

What you’ll do:


  • Maintain and organize pricing materials, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and easy to use
  • Support pricing activities, including preparing and managing custom quotes
  • Keep telecom-related information structured, consistent, and reliable
  • Review monthly carrier, sales, and shipping invoices; identify and flag discrepancies
  • Support and improve internal processes across telecom partners, SIM vendors, and shipping partners (including customs workflows)
  • Work closely with our partnership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Personal qualities

You’re a good fit if you have:


  • A solid understanding of pricing structures (e.g. pooled pricing, PAYG) and how they impact margins (cost vs. sell price)
  • Hands-on experience working with quotes, rate cards, and structured pricing models
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, working with structured datasets)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
  • The ability to organize, maintain, and improve structured documents such as pricing sheets and rate cards
  • A good understanding of how operational processes are built, documented, and continuously improved
  • Comfortable working with workflows across multiple stakeholders (e.g. telecom partners, vendors, internal teams)
  • A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and improve how things are done
