Project Manager

The Institute of Computer Science at the University of Tartu is recruiting a Project Manager to coordinate an international project, in which the University of Tartu is the lead partner.

Work assignments

  • Coordinating the administrative processes of the research project and managing documentation.
  • Regular communication and information exchange with project partners.
  • Planning and organizing project activities (including events).
  • Preparing and managing project reports.
  • Regular collection and consolidation of project-related documentation.
  • Other project-related activities.

Education

Higher education (preferably Master's degree).

Work experience

  • Knowledge and experience with project budgeting, reporting and administrative processes.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Preparing project activities and schedules, managing the implementation of activities if necessary.
  • Ability to communicate internationally.

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Initiative and solution-oriented.
  • Sense of duty and responsibility.
  • Very good teamwork skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize one's own work.

Language skills

Very good command of spoken and written English (work is mainly done in English).

Additional information
